Here at Serendipity we have been trying to produce the best quality wedding photography for more than 1700 weddings and 900 digital albums.
We have been shooting the superior RAW file format which allows greater flexibility both during shooting and post production stages instead of the basic JPEG format. For the bride and groom it means a more fun day because a some of the more technical aspects of shooting digital files are done later in the studio so we can keep having fun. We have also tended to shoot many more images than other photographers 2 – 3000 at the present time – we get lots more candid and natural pictures. It is lots of hard work to correct and present a selection of these images but we think the increase in quality is worth it.
We like to get a good feeling of the reception. usually there are about 300 or more pictures of a combination of guests, candids, details and of course the bride and groom. Usually we allow at least an hour or more of photography after the festivities have started to catch the mood.
